TERMS OF USE
LAST UPDATED · 6 AUGUST 2026
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Site purpose
This website is a portfolio for Don Sahand (DON!), presenting music production, mixing, mastering, recording and vocal production work. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; all engagements are subject to a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, photography and logo are owned by Don Sahand. Music, artwork, album covers and artist names shown as credits remain the property of their respective rights holders — labels, artists and publishers — and appear here for portfolio and identification purposes only. Streaming players are provided by Spotify under its own terms.
You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any material from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Enquiries and submissions
Do not send unsolicited confidential material or unreleased music without arranging it in advance. Information you submit through the site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship.
Accuracy and availability
Content is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep credits and information accurate and current but make no warranty to that effect, and the site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Third-party links
Links to Spotify, social platforms and other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Don Sahand is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
